Arete is an ancient Greek concept referring to excellence of any kind — in particular, the process of a person realising the best version of themselves.

At Arete Therapy, my work is guided by psychosynthesis and focuses on the present moment — the here and now. While we may explore past experiences, this is always in service of understanding your life today and supporting conscious, meaningful choices. I work in an integrative way, tuning into the body, emotions, and mind through awareness practices and guided meditations, helping you connect more deeply with your sense of self.

Psychosynthesis brings together all aspects of who you are — your experiences, patterns, strengths, challenges, and inner energies. Rather than leaving parts behind, we gently include and work with them, building on everything that makes you you, and supporting movement towards a more positive, integrated future.

I support people who are seeking to understand the bigger picture of their lives — where they fit into the world and how they relate to their own story. You are shaped by your experiences, yet you are more than your history. Together, I offer a safe and reflective space to remember who you truly are, beyond old narratives and limiting beliefs.
