Hi, I'm Rita Charalambides and I have spent years putting others first.
As a lifelong people pleaser and shape-shifting peacekeeper, I was constantly adapting to keep everyone comfortable. So I know firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself in the needs of others.
My curiosity about relationships - and why we lose ourselves in them - led me to study Psychology and train as a counsellor and psychotherapist.
Now as a therapist, I help other people pleasers recognise their own needs again and they can begin to realise that meeting those needs isn't selfsih its human.
