Raising Concerns or Complaints

Openness and trust are central to therapy. If you feel unhappy, uncomfortable, or concerned about any aspect of our work together, I encourage you to discuss this directly with me in a session whenever possible so that we can address and work through your concerns together.

If you do not feel comfortable raising the issue directly with me, or if you feel a concern has not been satisfactorily resolved, you have the right to contact my accrediting professional body to make an informal inquiry or file a formal complaint.

How to Contact the UKCP Complaints Team
